Did Liahona recently start blocking Tailscale? Any one else see this?

There are protections to prevent circumventing the Church firewall. One of the features of Tailscale is that it bypasses firewalls. Since Tailscale uses a VPN and its own DNS it most likely will not play well with the Church network. Not all VPNs create problems; but the Church Network uses its own DNS and that is known to cause problems.

Is there documention or guidance on what constitutes appropriate use for the Church network?

This is from the splash screen:
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints provides this wireless network as a service for leaders, teachers, members, and guests to be used for teaching and learning the gospel and to support Church administration functions. By using this network you agree to comply with all applicable laws and you agree that you are using it at your own risk – the Church is not liable for any content you might share or encounter, or for any data you might lose. The Church may disconnect or block your device from the network at any time.

This seems to suggest that the network usage is being provided as a "service" such as one might find at any public library, or other wireless hotspots, though, with the obvious intended use to be that of providing support for your calling or whatever might be necessary to learn the gospel.

Does the firewall only allow access to certain Church related sites?
