Re: Local Broadcasts Not Showing:
We are experiencing the same issue. Webinars are set up in Zoom, they appear as "local broadcasts" on the Broadcast page, but when the event is over (in this case Sacrament Meeting) the link disappears from the Broadcast page. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, what is "GTS" in the previous comment it says to contact GTS. Thank you!

The reference was to the Global Services Department (GSD).melanieanndalton wrote: Fri Jan 17, 2025 11:40 am Also, what is "GTS" in the previous comment it says to contact GTS. Thank you!

I contacted them and they could see the issue on their end. In fact while I was on the call another STS called in with the same issue. Just waiting to hear back after they escalated the issue.russellhltn wrote: Mon Jan 13, 2025 10:34 amYou might want to contact GSD.mmacconnell wrote: Mon Jan 13, 2025 6:55 am For us it does not matter. Did you receive an answer yet? I called as well (today) and they are escalating it.mmacconnell wrote: Fri Jan 17, 2025 12:30 pmI contacted them and they could see the issue on their end. Re: Local Broadcasts Not Showing:
So on January 31st I received a response to delete our old Zoom broadcasts and we created a new zoom broadcast for our Sacrament meetings. This *mostly* worked. I'm saying mostly because it didn't pick up several of our Zoom broadcasts. For example, it didn't pick up our broadcast for April 27th, May 11th, or May 18th. It also picked up two broadcasts for August, one for September, and one for October (technically two but one is general conference weekend). Not super-worried about those at this point in time
I'll make a calendar note to check back in April and see if it's still messed up.

Re: Local Broadcasts Not Showing:
So this issue appears to be happening...again. Our Sacrament meeting time changed for next year (we share a building with two other units) and I updated our Zoom. The Zoom page shows 52 results one for each week starting January 4, 2026 and ending December 27, 2026. When I go to https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/Events I see seven events: March 1, 2026; March 15, 2026; May 10, 2026; June 21, 2026; September 20, 2026; October 4, 2026; December 6, 2026.
Last year we had to delete and re-add our Zoom broadcasts numerous times before this was resolved which led to a lot of confusion and frustration. I guess if the Church really wanted people to be able to tune in to our Sacrament meetings they'd fix this....
Editing to add: I deleted those meetings and created a new series and now only six meetings are showing up: (3/22, 3/29, 4/5, 4/19, 5/10, and 11/1). We'll just send the meeting ID out and if people need to access our Sacrament meetings through https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/med ... s?lang=eng I'll just tell them to call the GSD during the week and complain if the meeting isn't showing up.

Re: Local Broadcasts Not Showing:
I have the same issue in my Stake. I sent out an outline to the Ward Technology Specialists on how to setup next year's Worship Service Broadcasts and now very few of the 52 events for 2026 are showing up in meet.churchofjesuschrist.org. We deleted the recurring Webinar set in Zoom and now I can't get rid of any of those listings in meet.churchofjesuschrist.org. I called the Global Service Center to see what was up and my ticket is being expedited to the Zoom Group. So I had to tell the Ward Technology Specialist to hold until the Global Service Center can get it resolved.
PS. I did a test of a reoccurring Webinar of 52 events weekly from the beginning of Jan. til the end of Dec. 2026 in the Stake Zoom Account around the first of December so I could create the outline mentioned above and it worked flawlessly. I then deleted it and it went away everywhere like its suppose to.
My guess is the system is being overwhelmed.
