We are experiencing the same issue. Webinars are set up in Zoom, they appear as "local broadcasts" on the Broadcast page, but when the event is over (in this case Sacrament Meeting) the link disappears from the Broadcast page. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, what is "GTS" in the previous comment it says to contact GTS. Thank you!

The reference was to the Global Services Department (GSD).

I contacted them and they could see the issue on their end. In fact while I was on the call another STS called in with the same issue. Just waiting to hear back after they escalated the issue.

Did you receive an answer yet? I called as well (today) and they are escalating it.
