Cancel Record?
We have the necessary permission to cancel a record, but the only options in Action are to record a death or move record out.... All of the instructions I have found clearly state that there should be a Cancel Record option. Could this have something to do with my calling? I am an Assistant Ward Clerk, Membership.

Re: Cancel Record?
You probably won't be able to find the member by the normal look-up screen. So, find the member in the member directory, click on the member, then there is an Actions pull down menu where you will find cancel as an option. This will only work for those over 18 and not baptized. If you don't see cancel as an option, then the ward clerk will have to take care of this.zaneclark wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2024 9:28 pm We have the necessary permission to cancel a record, but the only options in Action are to record a death or move record out....
