Removed the includeonly tag

I undid the addition of includeonly tags to this template. In general, simple templates should be displayed. When you visit the Template page, then you can see basically what it looks like. This practice has been observed in the {{Delete}}, {{Edit}}, {{Merge}} and similar templates. Clearly there are some complex templates (such as {{Box}}) with complex logic that would make display problematic, but {{scripturebox}} is simple enough to display. -- Aebrown 19:31, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

OK, I take it that your preference is only to use includeonly tags to suppress error messages. The usage example shows what the template will produce. Another option would be to include default text for the parameter so that it does not display {{{1}}}, which I think can be confusing to some users. --Steve 16:25, 22 April 2009 (UTC)

Width: 50%

Why is it limited to just 50%? I think that might make sense if it were floated to the right, but as it is, I think it should be width: 100%.

Any other viewpoints?
