Broadcasting Post-event Survey

After each Church broadcast event viewed in your building, please take a moment to fill out the Church Broadcast Post-Event Survey. The survey is used to improve Church broadcast services. Church broadcast events include general conferences, temple dedications, multistake conference broadcasts, Face to Face events for youth and young adults, worldwide devotionals for young adults, and so forth. Church broadcast events may be available live or by rebroadcast, and they may use different types of technology—such as the Church satellite system, internet streaming, or downloaded video files.

The survey is voluntary, and your responses are kept confidential. If you use more than one viewing location for an event, please fill out a separate survey for each location. Do not use the Church Broadcast Post-Event Survey for local webcast events such as stake conferences. A separate survey is sent for webcast events.
