Hi everyone
Is there a way to order Patriarchal Blessings that uses paper? I have a member who has lost their access or internet, and wants me to order his Patriarchal Blessing for him. Whilst I am fairly sure I cannot do it for him, giving him some sort of paper form would be great, but I can only find instructions for ordering online.

Instructions for ordering by mail are on the wiki at Request by mail or in person.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
