Is "Basic Recipes" pamphlet available?

The family home storage starter kit mentioned on lds.org includes a "Basic Recipes" pamphlet. Is this pamphlet available for download?

I would suggest it would be nice to have the pamphlet available for download (like the other pamphlets) with links in relevant places.

I remember the link was removed but someone on the forums still had the actual address and it existed there, but becides that I do not know of any way to get to it.
