My member tools said I needed to sync but when I tried t downloads 3/4 the way and then says t can no update .
I have removed and reinstalled many times , turned off my phone and tried everything the internet has told me to do for the last 3 days . It also will not load on my iPad .
It gives the same message each time. I need this for my calling .
Any other ideas . I have tried all I can find to do several time

I'm an android guy, but lots of others on the Forum are apple users.
