From the Home page, when clicking on Temple Worker Portal, I'm taken to this website:
https://templeworkerflexibleavailabilit ... /dashboard
Where I receive a pop-up that says:
Unexpected Error
An unanticipated problem occurred. Try again later. If the problem continues, contact the Global Service Desk.
After clicking refresh on the web page, I receive a pop-up that says:
Terms of Use
By voluntarily providing my personal contact information, I authorize The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and its affiliated entities to collect, process, and transfer to Church headquarters in the United States my personal information, and I consent to this transfer. I further understand that the Church will use my personal information to contact me regarding Temple volunteer opportunities. The personal information I have provided will not be associated with my membership record.
I have the option to press either that Disagree or Agree button.
After clicking Agree, nothing happens.
I've tried this with both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge I'm still stuck. I cannot get the Worker Portal to work.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Re: Temple Worker Portal, Terms of Use, Opt In, Agree Button Not Working
The Church websites have been having some problems today. I contacted support for another issue and found out that some Church websites and webpages are not accessible in any browser except Chrome. Even MS Edge is running into problems. I suspect what you are seeing is a part of that problem. I was not given an expected time or date the problems would be corrected. I was told to only use Chrome for now and that if I continued to have problems I should use the feedback link at the bottom of any Church web page with the link to submit the feedback for the problem. Those members with access to LCR can use the Help > Contact Us (Service Now) menu item to create a new case ticket. (That is one of the pages not working on most browsers except Chrome)
