I am our stake's building representative. Lately, often (not every time) when I try to submit a FIR using the app, when I hit the "Issue Type" dropdown, I get the following error screen. I have updated the app to the most current version. This is on an iphone 11 running iOS 26.2.1. When this happens, I have to submit the FIR via the web interface instead of the app.

Have you submitted feedback from within the app?. Send Feedback is in the Settings menu.

Log out of the FIR app. Then log back into it with your church user name and password. That should fix the problem.
