Hymn PDF URL Change

I email the bulletin to ward members every week. When listing the hymns for Sunday programs I make the titles of the hymns links that go directly to the church pdf of the hymn. I just noticed that the URLs of the hymns have changed. So that the URL for "Come, Ye Thankful People" https://assets.churchofjesuschrist.org/ ... people.pdf has now become https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/med ... people.pdf

Previous to this, ward members would click the title of the hymn and be directed to the pdf and then could press the back button to return to the ward bulletin. Now with the new URL, they click the title of the hymn and it goes to a church "Home" page before quickly being redirected to the pdf of the hymn. When you push the back button it returns to a "Home" page and you have to click the back button again to return to the bulletin.

The new address allows me to take out the "www" and replace it with "assets" then I have to take out "media/music/proxyldscdn/" and the pdf still works but without going through the "Home" page.

My question is will the church get rid of the assets version and I will be left with being forced to go through the home page or will there be two URL's for the same hymn going forward.
