Temple Appointment Confirmation Status

I've scheduled a temple appointment for myself and my wife every week for the last several months. On the Temple Appointments page, it would then show the appointment along with a status of whether or not my wife had confirmed the appointment. After setting up an appointment just now, it shows an "Attending" column showing myself "and spouse" but no separate confirmation status for her.

Does this mean:

1) She's confirmed it already.
2) It's automatically confirmed because I checked the box to send her an e-mail notification at the time I scheduled the appointment.
3) The system no longer displays a confirmation status for spouse.
4) Some other reason?

If anyone can shine some light on that, I'd appreciate it.

I've never paid much attention to this, but I don't recollect ever having the opportunity to confirm an appointment when my wife sets it for me. I do have the option to "Remove me as guest." My guess #2 and #3.
