Not able to sign in

Whenever I try to sign in to circles on the living app, it comes up with an error: "Something went wrong during sign in, check your Internet and try again" despite having a strong wifi connection. I have checked with my ward clerk and my account numbers should match especially since I am able to use this account on almost every other LDS app including Tools. I have tried almost everything previously suggested for similar issues, deleting and reinstalling, clearing the cache, etc. but nothing has worked so far. I would greatly appreciate any help.
