Not able to post in parents’ side of youth group circle

I have a son who is a priest. I can see the youth chat and the parent chat for the priests and I can see messages that come through. Shouldn’t I be able to post a message in the parents’ chat?

Is there a list of the default permissions?

I’m having the same issue, but previously was able to, I have screen shots where I was able to post in the parents tab but can’t now. Happened about mid June. Does anybody have any ideas? Our bishopric doesn’t have any idea

I am having a similar issue. I can not post in the thread, but additionally, I can not even see anything that is posted in the thread. I have access to other threads in Circles, but not the youth parents thread even though I have two youth. Other parents have informed me thattan activity calendar post of mine did display in the youth parents thread, however, I can't even see it even though I am the one that created the event. Can someone from church IT please assist?

Unfortunately, the Tech Forum is not connected to the Church support systems. The Forum primarily serves as a location for user-to-user discussion and self-help, and forum participants are mostly regular church members like yourself. Posting questions like yours here in the Forum, can often result in other forum members sharing helpful ideas to resolve or work-around the issues you're seeing. The proper way to contact "Church IT" is to submit a Feedback request from inside any of the Church apps, or also from the Feedback link available at the bottom of most Church webpages. This will get your request into the system for processing.

Ask your clerk for your IOS and see if they're listed as children on your record. I believe church systems require the parent/child connection on the membership as well as being in the same household. This becomes a problem when divorce or re-marriage enters the picture.
