Temple Ordinance Worker

I was set apart as Temple Ordinance Worker two months ago. The calling does not show up in Member Tools. I have spoke with the temple recorder and he verified and showed me that I am in the Temple System . He told me that I should talk to my ward/stake clerk and have them fix it. Neither of them could do anything, so I spoke to the Recorder again and he said to call Salt Lake and see what to do. So I called them and they were unable to do anything, other than uninstall/ install the Member Tools app, to no avail.
I read a thread that said the Temple System should automatically send the info to Member Tools, which hasn't happened. Does anyone have any guidance how how to get this resolved? How does the system really work?

The temple system should create the position in the membership system (it hasn't yet been created there). Once that is done it should show up in Tools.
