Member tools
My lds tools won’t work. I login fine but then it stalls between that point and the screen where you find the directory. I have checked updates, background refresh, deleted app and reinstalled it. I still can’t get to the screen where our directory is available.

Check with your clerk to make sure your records are still in the ward. Member tools will not work if you are "between wards".
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Is this a new phone for you, or did you previously have the Tools app installed on this phone? More to the point, what version of Member Tools do you have? If it's not 5.2, it may not be supported anymore. Currently that requires a minimum of Android 8.0 or iOS 16.0.
