Unable to sign into Member Tools on iOS

Recently I had to sign out of the Tools app on my phone (iPhone 13) and have not been able to sign back in again. When I try to do so it brings me to the authentication page, but I’m not able to type anything into the username field. It almost looks like I’m not able to select the text box and trigger the text input.

Is this something others have experienced?

The sign-in page in the Member Tools app is a webpage loaded in the app, so it might be affected by browser restrictions or extensions.

Do you have a browser other than Safari set as the default browser on your phone? (Member Tools shouldn't get tripped up by other default browsers, but it might if there's a bug.)
Do you have any browser extensions enabled that might affect website loading?
Do you have any parental controls (like Screen Time) or VPNs / web filtering turned on that might prevent the web page from connecting to the server?

It turns out there was a system level browser issue with Safari that seemed to be preventing the web view from loading correctly. I encountered it on another application, and that helped me identify it was a broader issue. I ended up clearing some caches and after restarting the device it worked.
