LDS Tools Not updating on Bishopric's phones
I'm the ward clerk for a YSA Ward and the Bishopric wants me to find a fix for their LDS tools app. On their apps it's still showing multiple moved out and married individuals even though their records are long since moved. Even with Syncing it still keeps the old records. Anyone ever have this issue before or know of a fix? Thanks.

Sync doesn't seem to catch all the changes. Try using "Refresh Data" in Settings.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

And since this has reared its head once for your Bishopric, I'd encourage you to suggest to them that they "frequently" do a data refresh. Especially in a high-flux YSA Ward, it would be really easy to not notice missing member records for quite a while.
