You can post questions here. However, the forum is only a user-to-user discussion forum. Nobody here will have authoritative answers--except perhaps links or references to official documentation. Also, the charter of the forum is about using technology in the Church as well as support for certain callings. Questions outside that charter are considered off-topic.

Your local leaders are often a better source of information. If your local leaders don't know the official answers, they have ways to get the answers. Also, they have more information about your individual situation in order to be able to tailor the official answers to meet your needs.
