Sacred Music app issues

Hey, so whenever I try to open the Sacred Music app, it says Content Unavailable: Unable to load content at this time. Check your network status and retry and I’ve checked and neither my phone or app need to be updated and network is working fine. After a while it does come back for a split second but then crashes. Anyone else having issues? I own an iPhone 12 mini

I was having the same issue yesterday. Today the app just keeps closing whenever I try to click on any music.

It seems to be working for me, but there's been a recent update. I'm on 2.2.4 (android).

@lisaerickson703, @KianNelson - Are you on iOS? How much available storage space do you have on your device?

I’m having the same issue and my phone still has about half its storage. I’m on iOS 17.5.1. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting my phone but it’s the same issue

There was a content update that went out late last week that I think may have fixed the issue. KianNelson, lisaerickson703, and katiaoler, are you still seeing the crash this week?

Yes, sorry, I never saw these replies! I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded it and it worked for about a day and then it says the same thing and I using 59.52 GB of my 64 GB, but Sacred Music app doesn’t take up a ton of space so I don’t think it’s a storage issue

l’m having the same issue with the app. I can get the content on the church library app, so have been going there. Not as functional as the Sacred music app. I’m on an iphone 15. Storage is not the issue.

Music is not always showing fully. Bass staff notes or sometimes half the song are getting cutting off. I’m using an iPad. Tried reinstalling app. Double tapping to use full screen mode sometimes makes it worse. Thoughts?

Do you have any kind of "scaling" or screen magnification turned on in settings? I know at least in the Windows world, things can go wonky if you set the screen to anything but 100% in the OS settings.
