Pop-ups on opening

I like almost everything about the new version of Tools, except for the "helpful" information pop-ups that show almost every time I open the app. They were ok (and maybe necessary) for the first few times, but now they are somewhat annoying. I have reported this to Feedback, but haven't heard from them.
