Any suggestions on how to do this? I go through the steps and it gets stuck on "connecting to the Internet". Just spins and spins.

It may require the TV to have access to the internet. In a local unit building, it would have to be either connected to the wired network, or added to the NoSplash policy by the Stake Technology Specialist.

This is a projector in my Seminary class. My phone, a pixel, is connected to workforce. I can't get my Chromecast to connect to workforce, it doesn't even show up on the list of available networks, just Liahona. I am trying to manually connect to workforce.

Workforce WiFi is not usually found in local unit buildings unless there's also a church employee office there. I believe the SSID for Workforce is Deseret.

Liahona is the standard for local unit buildings. Sometimes Lehi if there's a need to limit usage. Both Lehi and Deseret require periodic changes of the password and are most likely different from building to building.
