When I use the tools app, I can no longer use the Ministering Brothers section of the app. I get to a page that says "unknown" see attachment.
I have removed the app and readded. I have logged out and logged back in. I have done a sync.
This function seems to work well on the web site but not the app. What would be wrong

If you tap where it says "Unknown" does it give you a drop-down menu with an option to choose your ward?

One of our assigned Ministering Secretaries is seeing this issue also for the past 10+ days. He can't do his job...

Has he provided feedback from within the app that will log a bug with the developers?
