error that cannot be started in the LDS tools and gospel library applications
A month ago, an error appeared when synchronizing the gospel library and LDS tools applications with my LDS account. I tried to reinstall each application and then when I logged in, the message appeared that "login could not be done, and that I will try again later." ''. I contacted global support and they did not give me any effective solution, I don't know why these applications have so many errors, although the most fateful thing happened to me: not being able to log in and having reinstalled, activated background updates, disabled photo downloading , activated the 2-step verification option, etc. and nothing at all, will it be that I will not use these 2 applications again, maybe someone knows a solution?

Re: error that cannot be started in the LDS tools and gospel library applications
One idea might be to borrow somebody's phone that has LDS Tools working, asking them if you can have them log out so you can try logging in on the app on their phone. If that is successful, then it's probably something specific to your phone. If it does not work, then it would seem connected to your account somehow.
The reverse approach would also work, having somebody who knows Tools works for them on their phone, try logging into Tools on your phone. If it works for them, again it's probably something related to your church account. If it also doesn't work for them, then it's your phone somehow.
If it seems to be connected to your phone, then providing details about your phone OS etc. might prompt a response from a Forum member with a better helpful idea.
