Unable to View Ward-Specific Info in Tools
I'm unable to view any ward-specific info in Tools. I restarted the app, but that didn't fix this issue. When I go to Directory, under "Directory" it says "Unknown" where our ward's name usually is. Also, none of our ward callings shows in Organizations. Anyone else experiencing this issue with Tools?

I'd try logging out and then back in.
If that doesn't work, you might want to make sure your records are in the ward.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I’m having the same issue. Records are in my ward, and logging out and back in does not solve the issue.

Logging out and then logging back into Tools worked for me.
