Content freezing from image

When navigating content in sequence the browsing feature is nice. The photos are a bit big and overbearing an could be reduced. One of the biggest reasons that this might help is in selecting the right or left arrow If you select on the image instead it focuses the entire program on that image and locks it up. The only way to get out of that image is to close the entire program. Back, esc, home navigation bars at top. None of those allow user to exit the image and get back to the content.

I just tired and was able to replicate the issue in the production version (6.4.2.0). . I will see if I can determine when exactly it happend as it does not seem to happen on each photo that I try. Once I can try to isolate when it happens, I can report it to the team via the Gospel LIbrary app. I am testing it in the beta or testing version to see if the issue still exsit or seems to be resolved. Checking the changelog for the beta it appears it may be resolved. I will do some further troubleshooting and report back.

Quick update. I was able to do some further testing and using the Feedback component under setting in the app, provided my findings/details to the Gospel library for Windows tech team. Overall, in the current beta/testing version there is a better solution that should make exiting certian images better in a possible future update in the production version.

Good news, Version 6.5.0.0 is now available from the Microsoft Store and resolves this issue anlong with others. Now in order to close out the image, click or tap on the "X" on the left hand side.
