Notes missing on computer, but not on phone

I'm really ignorant about technology and wonder what would cause me to be able to see my scripture notes on my Iphone but not on my Lenovo laptop computer. I'm assuming it's something on my end rather than a glitch in the system. Am I correct and does anyone know how I can go about resolving this issue? Thanks so very much in advance!

Notes on your phone won't show up online (and thus on your computer) until you sync them to the church server. And, you must be logged in on your church account on both the phone and computer to see the notes both places. That would be the first place I would start.

Thanks so much, Dave. There was a glitch with my sign-in account, showing I was signed in but it wasn't syncing. We've got it fixed now, and was able to sync. Appreciate your suggestion!
