Library is Completely Messed up

Any discussions around the Gospel Library App on various mobile and electronic devices.

Library is Completely Messed up

The Youth section only has info on baptism. The Children section is empty. The Books and Lessons section is 1977 Ensign issues. Is anyone else having this problem?

My wife’s device shows the exact same thing.

The same thing is happening on my devices. I just checked my wife's phone, and the same thing has occurred there.

I saw the same thing on my Android. But I logged out and back in and it looks right.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Magazines were missing in mine. Thanks for the suggestion to log out and back in. That also fixed my problem.

I tried logging out and logging back in and that did solve my problem.

I see this behavior randomly in Gospel Library and also Tools, where despite my best efforts to sync, things remain missing. Logging off and back on is the solution. The challenge is that unless it's something majorly obvious like in this case, I usually don't have any clue things are missing. I expect this is happening to me more often than what I realize.
