Missionary Photo and Video Backup

Hi Community,

Do locked-down missionary phones have access to install and add MS O365 accounts to backup photos and videos to OneDrive online? My son says they can't add their personal Google accounts to his personal device that's been locked with Samsung Knots software.

My son who's currently serving doesn't have a camera so his phone is the main device for that but I'm worried that if it isn't backed up, he might lose his phone and all his memories captured onto his device will be lost as well.
