Guys´Good Morning!

My name is Cristiano and i am from Brazil. So sorry for my grammar mistakes.

I need some help about accessing my FPE loan. I already talk about it with support here ir Brazil but they don´t find what is the problem. I receive one e-mail asking me to pay RS [ ] from one Loan that i had since 2013. However when i tried to access the website of the FPE i received a message saying that there´s no loan to pay.

Can someone help me?!

Does support in Brazil say you owe a balance on the loan? If not, I would not worry about it. If they say you have a balance, tell them you need to see the loan to pay it and ask them to help you with that.

This is a user-to-user forum, so no one here will be able to access your loan information. Support in Brazil will have to figure it out for you. I suppose it is possible also that the email was sent in error.
