Go to LCR: https://lcr.churchofjesuschrist.org/?lang=eng (Exit the beta if you find yourself in the beta test).
Click on 'Photos to Approve': https://lcr.churchofjesuschrist.org/man ... s?lang=eng
Read the guidelines if you're not already acquainted with them: https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/hel ... g=eng&_r=1
Click on the 'Upload' tab.
Upload away.
