Past youth interviews from the Action and Interview list

I see that you can record the interview date for youth in the action and Interview list, but I am wondering if there is any way to look back and see when the most recent interview actually took place for each youth? I tried creating a custom report but the "most recent interview date" (or something similar) didn't seem to be a field I could add to the report. Feels like the data is stored somewhere I'm just not sure how to get at it.
