Reimbursement

I am having a hard time figuring out how to submit a reimbursement online. I have done it before, however the box that usually says Reimbursement Request form is not there on the website. Am I not going to the right place? I can get to where I can "Chance reimbursement account" but I can't add a reimbursement.

The Payment Request option is only available if you are a member of an organization presidency (including secretary) at the ward or stake level. If you do have such a calling and it's been recorded in LCR correctly for more than 24 hours, then you should be able to go to https://lcr.churchofjesuschrist.org/ and then select Finance > Budget from the menu and then click on the Payment Request tab. Or you can use the Finance menu option in the Member Tools app on Android or iPhone.

I know for members with multiple callings, sometimes when they log onto their Church account it defaults to the "other" calling, which has different access permissions than they expect. Perhaps that's your situation?

All the members of the Primary Presidency have tried entering my reimbursement. They get to the setup reimbursement account page and that is as far as they can get. My account information is already there.
What else should they be doing?

First step would be for the Primary Presidency to work with the clerk to make sure they are in standard callings (not custom callings, even if named the same). The Clerk is first-tier tech support for the ward so he may need to investigate further. It is likely no one on this forum can see the relevant details in your ward like the clerk can.

In the meantime, you can send your receipts directly to the clerk or assistant clerk-finance to enter - it doesn't have to be entered by the Primary presidency, even if it is a reimbursement from the primary budget.
