On occasion, I've found a situation where a member's calling shows up in their profile on the church website but not in the Tools app. Is this an issue with certain callings or some kind of random bug? The most recent case is a member who is a church service missionary - his calling shows in his profile but not in the app.

Silly question - when did they last sync?
The other question is what kind of calling? I think member tools was designed with Ward/Stake callings in mind. It's possible that it might not work right with other types of callings, like church service missionary.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I can see the callings of members in our ward who are stake Church Service missionaries (Addiction Recovery leaders in this case). I am the EQ president and am on an Android device.
