Donation on my history that I did not make

Help, There is a donation on my history, from July 2019, that I do not recognize and did not make. There is indication of a specific ward, not my ward. I hope someone else didn't get their donation incorrectly credited to me. Can this be fixed?

You will need to work with your ward clerk. They can investigate and seek assistance to get it corrected if they are unable to sort it out and correct it on their own (likely if it is not from your ward).
