Rolls: some children missing on mobile app but show on web application

Rolls: some children missing on mobile app but show on web application
Primary rolls: all children show on the class rolls just fine when using the intranet version of clerk resources, however a few are missing on the rolls using the mobile app “LlDS Tools”. Any ideas on what can cause this and how to resolve it? Ps: I have already synced lds tools so it doesn’t appear to be a sync issue. Thank u. John

Are you logged in with the same account on both?
My guess is that the parents have set privacy to "leaders only" and Tools is not recognizing leadership status.
