bishop's orders

i can't do a food order. The Welfare/Bishop's orders page is not working, is giving me an Server error code 500. anyone else having that problem?

I do not know if anyone figured out the reason, but I have found that this type of error (cannot remember each error code I encounter exactly) has occurred for me before, and then after some period of time (later that day, the next day), it would finally start working. Nothing I knowingly did fixed it (clearing browser cache, restarting laptop, using a different electronic device, etc).
