Ministering section not showing up at all for me.

My device (Galaxy s10+) will not show my ministering assignments at all. My wife's phone (Galaxy s8+) shows hers, mine, and everyone elses ministering assignments.

Is this a permissions issue?

I should be able to view my own ministering assignments regardless of callings.

I think it's not showing up due to an error. Your wife may be able to view her assignments due to either and older app, or she may have not recently synced.

I'm the ward clerk in my Ward and am experiencing the same issue and am not able to view any assignments. Also the tab under reports for ministering is gone for me as well.

There seems to be a recurring issue with church servers on Sundays. I and other local members who sync Member Tools on Sunday have noted the Ministering information disappears. However, when synchronized again on a weekday we see the ministering data return. It appears to me to be a server timeout due to access load when linking to a server with ministering data.

Try syncing again on Monday and see if the ministering data returns. Mine always returns when synced at lower server demand times.

I re-synced just now and it is back.
I think the church need to invest in more server capacity so they don't get DDOS'd every sunday...

A church employee has stated in another thread that the server load issues are not the number of servers or the capacity of the servers but another issue they have been aware of for some time and have been working on the issue.
