Location of Lists

Location of Lists
This isn't a big thing, but I just noticed yesterday that on an iPhone of a member I was helping, the Lists feature appeared in the menu line at the bottom of the screen, but in mine, I have to click the More link to find the Lists. I have had several different iPhones and this has always been the case. I now have an iPhone 10 and I believe the members phone was an iPhone 7 plus... Any idea on why this is different on the 2 iPhones? (And Tools is still one of my favorite and used apps on my phone!)

In LDS Tools for iOS, if you tap More, then Edit, you can rearrange the order the sections appear in.
