From the intranet home page (home.ldschurch.org) click on LDS@Work on the right side and that has a link to W-2's

What if I don't have access to LDS @ Work anymore? Is there a number I can call for a copy of my W-2?

I am also seeking for a copy of W2. I was an employee at the Provo temple and have been unable to find that information. Has anyone had any luck?

I am still looking for my W2 as well. I no longer have access to my lds@work account either.

My daughter who was an employee just over the summer got her W2 in the mail about the last week of January. If you haven't received yours you may need to call the GSC and make sure they have the correct address for you

I don't have my 2021 W2 either. I emailed a form to request that it be sent to me, but I have gotten no response. I don't have access to @work anymore. What do I do?
