I have created a spreadsheet that can be used by the bishoprics to easily see the durations of individuals in their calling. You can easily flip through the tabs to see if any presidencies have been in a while, etc.

Nice. But unless I'm reading the formula wrong, it looks like it's expecting every calling to be on the same line every time. So, if you have extra clerks, or maybe not as many assistant clerks, it will mess up the HP Quorum on down.

The Members With Callings report in LDS Tools will also tell you how long a member has been in a calling, and whether or not they have been set apart.

Also on Leader and Clerk Resources, there's a slider where you can filter based on how long someone's been in a calling.

Thanks, this is what I was just looking to create. It is a bit out of date now, 7 years later from the last post. The HC and Ward Mission positions are throwing a REF error in the Index. I am not sure what it was looking for there. Nice job and gets me most of what I want. Thanks!!!
