Website suddenly very slow

Since last night, the FamilySearch website is running extremely slow on both Google Chrome and IE. Other websites are running at normal speed.

This seems to be happening again. IN provo and very slow from our building on Sundays. Is there any way to troubleshoot if the connection is on our side or on the church's side? Seems like the headers are loading but the content is not loading or there are errors... so that leads me to believe that its on the church's side
