Book of Mormon in Spanish ePub format.

Why is there no ePub version of the Book or Mormon available at http://www.lds.org/scriptures/formats?lang=spa ??

I am trying to find a way to study the scriptures on my Windows tablet (Windows 8), and have not been able to find a good solution to search the scriptures.

Note that there the LDS Scriptures application for Windows does not support Spanish either. We have tons of members that speak Spanish... can we provide a good solution for them?
