I'm trying everything to contact developers about my issue.
I just can't understand why LDS Gospel Library for Windows Phone just don't work with Portuguese.
No answer so far for my questions to gospellibrary-wp@ldschurch.org.
If you are Reading it and are having the same problem, send e-mail to them please.
I'm getting Catalog Unavailable only if I select Portuguese.
Every other language works... even Suomi..

It sounds like a programming problem with the Portuguese content. As far as I know, that email is the best way to contact the developers. Did you email them in English?
I'd put "Portuguese content not working" as the subject of the email and make sure you include all the details of the problem (that it says "Catalog Unavailable," etc.).
Another thing you can try is deleting the app completely from your phone, then installing it again.
