Great presentations last night - thanks so much for the ray of hope with community-focused application development

My suggestion for a sub-project is for the development team to consider posting the entity domain model (or a working version of it) on this site. For instance, it would be helpful to know what attributes and relationships you apply to a unit, or to a member, or missionary application, etc. This would get the community on the same page before you ever consider releasing code for open source development. Some hefty UML would be awfully interesting to look at.

Then again, what good is a domain model without an application to contribute to... ;)

Hey moffat,

Unfortunately it isn't as easy as I wish it were to do that. We are working on maturing out domain model from both a programming perspective and an entity-relationship model. Huge efforts have been made to refactor and reconcile models, but we have a long way to go too.

Glad you liked the presentations last night.:cool:
