Member in wrong ward

I have family missing from Tools, but ARE in the online directory and in the MLS. And, even stranger, they do appear as members in Tools in the ward that shares our building. He is in the bishopric, and she is the RS president. I have uploaded new data several times and have checked their MLS record, which appears to be in order. Anyone have any ideas on this? Who can I contact?

Even though there didn't seem to be much interest in this, the problem was resolved when I updated to the new version of LDS Tools... It also solved a few other small problems...
