I am the exec sec. What does everyone use for their Bishops calendar?? Currently I am using an excel spreadsheet blocked out in 15 minute
increments. I just feel like its not the most efficient way.

Try a shared Google Calendar between you and your bishop.

I have used this method and it works very well. If you are lucky enough to both have Outlook Enterprise versions then is is even easier, that's what we do now. But Google calendar works out great.

I use Google calendar as a shared Bishopric resource. However, I find that for appointments with the Bishop I save time NOT scheduling them but time. I do tell everyone that they can come by on Sunday, and then schedule them first-come first-serve that day. Then I am not stuck running around to find people who forget about their appointment.

I would suggest a private calendar at https://beta.lds.org/church-calendar

I use Google Calendar for our Bishop, and he just syncs it to his droid.

I used Google Calendars through iCal. Whenever I made a change it automatically pushed down to the bishop's laptop. Worked like a charm. The email and SMS reminders were nice features as well.
