Bought supplies for activity with Amazon gift card

Have a member that bought supplies with an Amazon gift card, is there any way to reimburse them? Or what’s the best process here?

As long as you have a receipt or invoice that shows all the required information including where it was purchased from, what was purchased, when it was purchased and the amount of the purchase, then the method of payment shouldn't matter. A gift card is basically a cash equivalent.
