We had a member recently who mentioned they used Google Translate to listen and transcribe in realtime into their native language. They said it worked pretty well, obviously they needed to have eyes on their phone during the talks, but at least it's another option.

I am sufficiently deaf that I have purchased some AR glasses that have a small screen that’s projected in front of the viewer. I haven’t got them yet, but it will do English to English translation to give you basically Live translations without having to look down on your screen when I get it, I’ll try to remember to update here to let you know how it works. I wish they were inexpensive, but hopefully they will work well.
